Booking & Consultation Policy
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
If rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Refund & Event Policy
All event ticket purchases are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with written notice at least 24 hours before the event.
If an event is canceled by the host, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
